In these smaller classes – offered primarily during the day – you’ll receive more personalized direction on baking skills and techniques – while of course still focusing on our Butter Lane favorite treat: cupcakes!
During your class, you’ll learn to make three different cupcakes and three different frostings. You’ll work with a 6-quart mixer, scooping and cupcake trays, and a professional convection oven. Perhaps most importantly…we’ll teach you to ice your own cupcakes – producing the distinctive Butter Lane swirl. It’s harder than it looks!
After class, you’ll take home a 6-box of cupcakes to share (or not) and your own cupcake scooper.
